Ancient Astrology Reading
Private Sumerian, Babylonian & Sidereal Astrology Reading with Abbeygale Quinn
Discover your birth chart through an approach to astrology rooted in the ancient skies of Sumer and Babylon.
This private Ancient Astrology Reading with Abbeygale Quinn uses sidereal astrology, the Babylonian 12-constellation zodiac, and the older 18-constellation Sumerian lunar path known as the Path of the Moon.
Rather than interpreting the chart exclusively through later Greek and modern astrological traditions, the reading explores planetary, stellar, and mythological symbolism through the ancient Mesopotamian traditions that form some of the earliest surviving foundations of astrology.
Every reading is conducted live and one-on-one via Zoom, with screen sharing so the chart, planets, constellations, and astronomical information can be explored together during the session.
An Ancient Approach to the Natal Chart
Most people are familiar with the twelve zodiac signs used in modern Western astrology.
Ancient Mesopotamian astrology developed over a much longer history.
This reading explores both the 12-constellation Babylonian zodiac and the older 18-constellation Path of the Moon, drawing upon the celestial traditions, mythology, and symbolism of ancient Sumer and Babylon.
The chart is approached through sidereal astrology, connecting astrological interpretation with the stellar zodiac and the astronomical positions of celestial bodies.
This creates a very different experience from a conventional modern birth chart reading.
Rather than simply receiving a list of personality traits associated with zodiac signs, clients are introduced to the mythology, celestial symbolism, planetary influences, and larger patterns represented within their chart.
Choose the Focus of Your Astrology Reading
Every session can be tailored to the questions and areas of life most important to the client.
Natal Astrology & Birth Chart Reading
Explore the natal chart as a map of the sky at the time of birth.
A natal astrology reading can examine personality, natural strengths, challenges, recurring patterns, relationships, vocation, spirituality, and other major themes represented in the birth chart.
For first-time clients, this is generally the best place to begin.
Predictive Astrology & Forecasting
Examine current and upcoming planetary cycles in relation to the natal chart.
A predictive astrology reading can be used to explore periods of transition, changing circumstances, opportunities, challenges, and important themes developing over time.
The purpose is not to present the future as predetermined, but to provide additional context for understanding the cycles surrounding a particular period of life.
Karmic & Past-Life Astrology
For clients interested in the spiritual dimensions of astrology, a session can focus on karmic patterns, past-life symbolism, spiritual development, and recurring themes represented within the chart.
This approach combines ancient astrological symbolism with Abbeygale’s work as an ordained minister and spiritual counselor.
Relationship Astrology & Synastry
A relationship astrology reading compares two natal charts to explore the dynamics between two people.
Synastry can be used for romantic relationships, family relationships, friendships, or other important personal connections.
The reading can examine areas of compatibility, attraction, communication, tension, recurring patterns, and the ways two individuals may influence one another.
Relocation Astrology & Astrocartography
Explore how different geographic locations interact with the natal chart.
Astrocartography and relocation astrology can provide additional perspective when considering a move, extended travel, international relocation, or locations connected with personal or professional goals.
Career, Business & Financial Astrology
A reading can also focus on professional direction, business, career patterns, financial themes, and timing.
This may include examination of natal strengths, current planetary cycles, business decisions, professional transitions, or questions surrounding the direction of a career or business.
Astrological information is provided for spiritual and educational purposes and does not constitute professional financial advice.
Health & Wellness Astrology
For those interested in traditional connections between astrology and the body, a reading can explore medical astrology and health-related symbolism within the chart.
This is a spiritual and historical astrological practice and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Health concerns should always be discussed with an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
Your Reading Is Personalized
Clients do not have to select only one category.
A session might begin with the natal chart and naturally move into relationships, career, spirituality, current planetary cycles, or another subject that becomes relevant.
Questions are encouraged throughout the reading.
Because sessions are conducted privately and live, the reading can follow the areas that are most meaningful to the individual rather than relying on a prerecorded report or automatically generated chart interpretation.
What You’ll Receive
Every Ancient Astrology Reading includes:
- A private, live one-on-one Zoom astrology reading
- Screen sharing of the charts and astronomical information used during the session
- A recording of the complete session
- Private access to the recording or a downloadable recording file
- Screenshots of the astrology charts used during the reading
- Time for individual questions and discussion
- Personalized interpretation based on the client’s birth information and chosen areas of focus
The recording makes it possible to revisit the reading later rather than trying to remember or take notes on everything discussed during the session.
Sumerian & Babylonian Astrology
The ancient civilizations of Mesopotamia left some of humanity’s earliest surviving written records of systematic celestial observation and interpretation.
Abbeygale’s work focuses particularly on the traditions of ancient Sumer and Babylon, including the relationship between celestial bodies, deities, mythology, constellations, and the organization of the ancient sky.
This historical and mythological approach is combined with astronomical information to provide a reading rooted in the celestial traditions of ancient Mesopotamia rather than relying exclusively on modern astrological interpretations.
Sidereal Astrology & the Observable Sky
This reading uses sidereal astrology, connecting the astrological chart with the stellar zodiac and astronomical sky.
The astronomical positions of planets and constellations can be viewed during the session through screen sharing, allowing clients to see the celestial information being discussed rather than simply receiving an interpretation.
For those accustomed to tropical Western astrology, this may produce placements or interpretations that differ from previous astrology readings.
Those differences are part of what will be explored during the session.

Client Experience
“Abbey did a Natal Chart reading for me, and it seriously was INCREDIBLE. I’ve had readings with several astrologers. She is the first and ONLY to go into such depth, and share insights that resonated to my core. The information she shared with me is already helping me on my path of self-knowing and discovery.”
