Path of the Moon

KASKAL dÙŠU: 𒆜𒀭𒌍 (also KASKAL d30) n., title, lit. Moon’s Path, referring to path the moon takes through the constellations. It was the earliest known zodiacal system, also known as the Sumerian zodiac. It as composed of 17 to 18 constellations, which were reduced to 12 by the Babylonians.
